I wandered back upstairs to get something and found that the pregnancy test I had haphazardly taken early was positive! I retook it and found another positive. I really had thought this cycle was a bust. But there it was - a big fat positive (BFP)!
All of a sudden, I remember that the previous 24 hours had included:
- diet drinks
- caffeine
- chemicals to remove crayon off the kitchen floor
- Tylenol for a headache an hour before
- forgot to take a medicine I needed
Normally my day wouldn't have looked like that - I swear.
I did try to repeat the test later in the day. I had a small cup of urine and when my older son knocked on the door to come in, I knocked it over sending the contents all over the floor. I was madly trying to clean up, with my pants down and pregnancy tests flying everywhere. I had to laugh...
Now I have to figure out how to tell my husband. I'm tempted not to tell him and wait for him to figure it out. I even took him out to dinner in order to tell him, but alas I couldn't do it. So today breaks down to four pregnancy tests - all positive.

This morning I got up and took a digital pregnancy test. I love those! No ifs, ands or buts - PREGNANT. I love not having to guess at the results. Technically the number of pregnancy tests is now at seven.
I remembered my daily medication and prenatal vitamins. I ate oranges for breakfast and drank water. I'm battling a caffeine headache now... The only signs of pregnancy I have are a missing period and slightly sore breasts. So far I've managed to be happy and not scared given my history of pregnancy loss and miscarriage.
